Being sent to crappy Christian schools for most of my life, I can tell you that no, you don't have to be a baptized christian to go to heaven.
Remember the dude nailed to the cross next to Jesus who asked for forgiveness and was subsequently admitted into heaven.

One of them was translated directly to heaven and he was not baptized. What about Moses and Noah and Joseph in Egypt? They were not baptized either.
