My experience. Me and my father went to visit his friends from work. He has twin girls, both 15 years old, 2 years younger than me. So we were upstairs in their room. We had a great time talking and hanging out together. They were really nice and fun. Both of them are into gymnastics and work out pretty regularly. They were both very proud of their athletic capabilities. Sara had a little demonstration for me. They had a bar for pull-ups in their room. She grabbed the bar and did 30 L-pullups with incredible dexterity. Than she did some one arm pushups. I noticed her biceps bulging during the routine. Her biceps were exactly huge, but quite big and really peaked and defined. I was really impressed by her display and complimented her. She wanted to armwrestle me. I couldn't turn down her offer. We locked our arms on the table and immediately I felt her strong grip. She defeated me easily. Then I armwrestled Nina too but the outcome was the same. Damn, they were strong as a horse. I couldn't compare to any of them in the strength department. Since that moment I accepted the fact that girls can be stronger than guys. I armwrestled my gf and lost badly. She is deceptively strong. I was shocked and embarassed to see how much stronger she is than me. Mighty mouseMay 19 2012 8:32am My name is Janice and my husband was giving me a hard time i was spending too much time at the gym working out and not doing my share of the house chores.but, i told i spend my time at the gym to build my muscular body you seem to enjoy so much.Then he said to me that you are spending to much time with your muscle happy girlfriends.then he said to me that i had too much muscles and especially at my thick and rippling muscular thighs.and then i said to him the men at the gym love the muscle maiden look.Then my husband made the mistake to fight me.He try to jump me so i stopped him with a forearm to the chest and the force i used nearly knocked him over and backwards.i don't think my husband had no idea how strong and developed into one dynomite package of muscles and blinding speed!Before he had a chance i jump on to his back and locked my thighs around his stomach and with my arms around his neck with a sleeper hold locked and my thighs threaten to break him in two.my husband yelled at me to leg him go.so,i did and sprang to my feet.I stood gloating over him.and i could see my husband was breathless and weak.I said to him we girls just don't lift weights we also wrestle and I have yet to lose a match.Well my husband staggered to his feet finally and said you are about to lose this one.He never made it.I took a jump and flattened him with a flying drop kick.While he was down i crashed down him with a brutal elbow drop to the chest and then one to the throat.I don't think he took my threat of wrestling seriously.He sat up and stood behind him moving forward bending his head back and scissored his head in my mammonth thighs.i could feel his looking right up into my butt.I wasn't only crushing him and because of the angle i had him in.I would put on a steady squeeze and mix it with an occassional snap of my hips threatening to crack his head like a nut.and crushing at the same time.I said to my husband what do you think of me going to the gym now?and kept grunting,scissor and snapping his head and neck.I then realized he could not answer me because his face was being smashed into my ass!although i could feel his breath.I then spread my gorgeous thighs and let him fall back to only let him be scissored by my rock hard calves and i put on the squeeze threatening to knock him out.but,i let him go before that.Then i laid down with my husband barely concious and got some kind of backbreaker hold him and then slapped my thick calves over his face and pulling an arm over my hip and began to bend him over in an incredible painful angle.and while my massive calf nearly smothering him.I demanded he say uncle for me to stop hurting him but my calf muffled his groaning submission.But,i wasn't finished!I slid my thighs over his stomach and squeezed him in a body scissors threatening to crush him.I told him to give up and he did!Then i began to really work my husband over.I put him in a side headlock then tossed him over with a hiproll.I flew the air and flattened him with a flying body press and than lifted his leg for a complete pin.Then i rolled him over into a very painful Boston Crab,again working on his weakened back.He pound the flor in pain and frustration,to the variety potential wrestling holds and knew how to make them hurt.I told my husband to submit as i pulled back on the Boston Crab threatening to snap him in half.I finally stopped and stood gloating over him.Then i said to him what do you think about me going to the gym.He didn't answer me.I was then all over him again.I jumped on him a rolled his head into straight headscissors and banged my beefy thighs around his head and locked my ankles and poured hundreds of pounds of pressure tearing into his head.I got tired of this and folded him into a matchbox pin,ignoring his cries for mercy and submission.laughing down at him as he was screaming in agony.I muffled his yells by smothering him in my ample breast.something that my heavyduty work outs hadn't managed to work off! i was a non stop wrestling torture machine as i twisted his arm into a arm stretch,with me feet on his side and head and pulling between my muscular thighs and yanking his arm threatening to remove it from his shoulder socket.and i probably could from become so strong and powerful.After that i put him away by using reverse head scissors and his head locked up between my thighs and squeezed a put a tremendous mount of pressure to which he probably thought i was going to crush his head to pulp!then i knocked him out!My husband was never the same again.that should be a warning to all you males out there that think we women don't take our weight lifting seriously and question whether our muscles are strong. If you are a skinny male with no athletic background and never have touched a weight in your life I am sure a majority of girls/women the same size, perhaps also smaller and of course bigger are stronger than you. Nothing strange with that. And women can be strong without looking very strong. My wife is such a person. She is running a gardening center where she works really hard both physically and office work. She carries big weigths 5-6 days a week. Some years ago she had some back problems and the doctor ordered weight training. So she started to lift weights 3 times a week. Her already strong body really got stronger. You couldn't see a huge difference, she has always been full bodied, but I noticed her muscles became harder and bigger underneath the usual layer of fat. After 2 years of weight training we one evening started to wrestle for fun, don't even remember how it started. She shocked us both when she just lifted me up in a bear hug and even more shocked when she squeezed so hard I had to scream out a submission. She realized now for the first time she was stronger than me and I could see she liked that. We wrestled for about an hour after that, even if she really didn't know how to wrestled her greater strength made it impossible for me to win one single fall. I gave up to a number of holds. We have since then armwrestled as well and she I cannot beat her with both my arms against one of her's. I have started to work out together with her once a week and she is so much stronger than me that it is embarrassing. She do reps with 80 kgs on the bench, I can lift 50 kgs for one rep and with my wife as a spotter. Legs is even more embarrassing. I love her strength though, she is a very healthy woman that can do just whatever she wants with me but luckily she is very nice and only loves to wrestle me in private. All our friends and family knows how strong she is, only few of our male friends can take her in an armwrestling match. But of course the stronger men at the gym we are going to are way stronger than my wife I would say she is stronger than the average man thought being able to bench 80 kgs for a few reps. That last stereotype is the one that's being challenged here. I think it's pretty obvious that the strength overlap between the sexes is decreasing. That doesn't mean an average woman is stronger than the average man, but I think the gap is a lot closer than most people believe. So many guys don't exercise these days, and it doesn't take much to pass them in strength or fitness. Parents seem to push the boys to be more physical then they do with the girls. But this slowly changes. But there are enough evidence that men are stronger if you just compare the sexes without taking size into consideration. Since I am not as strong as the average man I know there are quite a few females that are stronger than men but I know really big and strong men that would have difficulties finding a woman that are stronger. Another thing I noticed is that the strength gap seem to shrink with age. There are many 50 year old women that are stronger than their husbands today I have noticed. REALISTMay 24 2012 10:27am REALIST, You are correct in your reasoning up to a point. The problem i see in your post is that you are trying to cover all bases as being connected to athletic strength. I would not say men are, as a whole, able to make better decisions more quickly than women. I agree that men are, as a whole, stronger and faster than women. There are some athletic contests that women have the overall records. Most speed records and strength rcords are owned by men. I check out track times for highschool track meets, and almost always the fastest girl fastest girl at any any distance is far slower the the boy who takes 6th place. Once in a while, that fastest girl will be fast enough to take sixth or even fifth place in the boys race, but I seldom see that. I was a sprinter in HS, and believe me, the girls today are faster than most of the guys i ran against. My times would not compete against the girls sprinters of today. The fact that boys and men are, as a group, faster and stronger than girls and women does not show them to be quicker thinkers. Strenght and thought are two entirely different areas. My wife and i watch womens' basketball (college level>>> Go U-Conn Ladies). It is an exciting game. The girls are obviously not as fast as the men, but if you compare the men's and the women's teams, i would not say the girls are slower thinkers. I actually see some very exciting plays in the girls game. The men's games are more related to power as opposed to a slower, but (to me) the slower and more responsive game of the women. I think the woman's game is more fun to watch, not because of the power and speed, but because they seem more inventive with their game. Oh, BTW, I have discussed some about coaching elsewhere. I have coached both boy's teams and girls teams. I would never agree that the girls were faster. they were far more coachable and were far more receptive to new ideas on the playing field. stronger as a group, no way. Smarter players as a group, I would still have to say boys, but in those days, girls were only just beginning to discover their potentials. today, the girls are catching up. Physical gaps are closing in. Mentally, it is like game over for the boys unless they start waking up. If it had been very important for them to have a boyfriend stronger why should they limit the number of guys to choose from while getting stronger and stronger? My wife now says she would never like to be in a relationship with a man that is a lot stronger than her. She thinks it is great knowing that she could basically do whatever she likes with me if she wants to, just the knowledge makes her feel great. And I don't complain as long as doing whatever she likes with me means giving me a lot of pleasure, I am still a bit embarrassed being so easily woman handled but getting more and more used to it. Some men have told me to go to the gym and beef up and I have tried, forget about me gaining muscle, I am probably a good deal weaker than the average woman. I decided already in school that my size should not destroy my life, I became the joker of the class, I got into bands playing guitar and singing and the girls thought I was cute. So at 20 I didn't really have any problems getting any girls. I went for the smallest of them, most of them still a bit taller and heavier than me. When I was 24 I moved into a new apartment. The neighbor was a woman, a 7 years older than me with a 14 year old daughter. The woman was very nice but quite big, 180 cm tall and full figured. Her daughter was 10 cm taller than me and a good deal heavie. Anyway we started to see each other and one night we had sex. This big woman lifted me up in her arms when I was about to go to my apartment and took me to bed. She was so big and strong and I felt safe and happy for the first time in my life. We moved together. The now 15 year old daughter was even bigger now. 172 cm and 70 kgs. She loved showing me how much stronger she was, she was more like my little (bigger though) sister. We sometimes wrestled and it took her perhaps 3 minutes to pin me. My big now wife I also wrestled. But normally I wrestled one of her legs...and lost or one of her arms. Both girls were much smaller than me but looked athletic. We were in the room and her mother brought us a jar of jam. The other girl Karmen said that I should leave such tasks for women. I was insulted and embarassed. She continued teasing me and said that I did good for the weaker sex. It was a blow for me and I wanted to show her that I am strong. I put my arm on the table and challenged her. Karmen looked at me and smiled. She went down to the floor did around 70 pushups with lightning speed. She rose again and rolled up her sleeve. She flexed her right biceps and it started to grow. I was shocked to see how big her bicep was. It looked so strong and hard and a bit veiny. She asked me if I have what it takes to handle a real woman. I was really scared by her show but couldnt possibly back down. So we locked our hands. The moment we started I could feel her immense stength. She was way too strong for me and she slammed my arm down. Branka wanted to have a go too. She also slammed my arm to the table and said that she is even stronger then Karmen. I was shocked but had to admit my defeat against those smaller, but much stronger girls. Branka tried to confort me by saying that they are much stronget than other guys too. MartJan 08 2014 5:00pm She said that the girls she knows are also stronger than the guys. She said that guys are just weak. I couldnt believe what she was saying. She really belived that girls are the stronger sex. She saw my doubt and called her younger sister of 14 and her 42 years old mother. She told them what had happened and that I appareantly need more proof. I armwrestled against them both and suffered another two clear defeats. The 4 years younger girl proved to be too much for me. I was shocked. Destroyed by four females in one day. The next day Branka called me over. When I came there I saw her and another 2 girls and two other boys from our school, all the same age. Branka proposed a battle of the sexes and so we did. We armwrestled and there was no competition really. The girls thrashed us and I was surprised too see that the other two guys were just as powerless as me. The girls showed who is really the stronger sex. An eye opener for all of us. I have armwrestled so many guys and I always win so easily. they are no competition at all. They can use both hands and I still win.
