I have seen on YouTube women lifting men over head! i have also seen females bench pressing males! I did hear of a story that a strong wife using her weak husband as a barbell! she would do bench pressing.military press,squatting and bicep curls with him! Has any woman out there done that? jonathanSep 12 2011 4:14pm Some people do not think of cheerleaders as athletes but they are wrong. I was a cheerleader and our choach had us weight lifting every day! I'm a big girl at 5'9" and soon was lifting smaller girls up high over my head. I got so strong that I could do overhead sets with 110 lbs. I then found I could do handstand pushups with my feet against a wall and do sets even though I weighed about 150 lbs! After that I realized that I could overhead press my brother! I can't remembe what he weighed but I could do sets with his body, up and down about 4 reps! The first time I did it was sitting on his bed and he laid across my shoulders and once I had a good grip I was so strong I could press him up overhead, lower him and do it twice while watching in the mirror! I like it when my veins push out from my muscles! I can do an aerobics workout and make my veins double in size or width! Then when I workout I get really pumped. I'm out of school but workout to keep getting stronger, I can now bench 225 lbs. Overhead press 165 lbs. She was about 5ft 3in, about 120 lbs, but could clean-and-jerk more than 200 lbs above her head. At about 180 lbs, she could easily lift me onto her shoulders, and from there could hoist me above her head with her arms extended. Now it wasn't a particularly graceful movement and it was always too several attempts because we'd lose balance, but she could do it! She couldn't quite benchpress me but that was due to the fact that my weight wasn't evenly distributed. Lynne could beat me in an armwrestle though and her legs would've humiliated just about most guys! I never actually measured them and I don't recall her ever doing that either ... although if she did, I can't remember any particular figure. But certainly bulgy enough to impress if you saw her flexing. Whether it was a turn on for her ... well that depended on the situation! She didn't lift me that often (because obviously she'd only try with a belt on, and she'd hardly go around wearing that all the time). So on a few occasions it was just us and friends messing about. But yes, it was, if the situation was a little more em intimate! lol And yes she has done a scissor hold on me, around the waist and chest in particular. I have absolutely no doubt that she could have cracked every rib in my body with those thighs. When she started the rehab after some month she fell in love for weight lifting and for how nice she fell her toned body, and I was very supportive. In three years time I've never bern again in the gym , maybe I was too lazy to start again but my wife keep growing and getting stronger till nowadays whete she is cleatly stronger and more muscular than me and study all ways to tease me and show me how bigger and stronger she is...I wonder If someone else ever had similar experience or I'm the only one in the world regretJun 30 2014 1:12am can she lift you in any way? One of the nights, it was a Tuesday I think, my friend was tired and he wanted to stay in, me from the other hand I wanted to go out so I decided to hit the clubs by myself. I found a club somewhere near our hotel and I had a couple of drinks. The club was almost empty, must be me and other 10 people there, but there was something that draw my attention and made me stay for a while. On the dancing place there was a quite tall and pumped blond lady dancing with a significantly smaller man. They were the only people dancing, all the other were looking bored by the way. They were really fun to watch especially when the girl, her name was Krevinia as I found out later, were lifting the man into a cradle carry and kept dancing and jumping around. She was wearing a blue sports bra and a short blue skirt and I could see her muscles pumping and stretching while she was lifting him. After a couple of drinks I decided to go and dance with them. I introduce myself to them, I cannot remember the name of the guy, but I realise that he was actually quite bigger than me. Krevinia felt like she was even bigger from a closer view and I noticed that she was dancing barefoot, unlike me wearing my heeled boots just to saw a bit taller. Even like this she was a head taller than me. We were dancing and chatting and I found out that she used to be an acrobat and a dancer and now she is doing crossfit. That probably explained a lot about her muscular body. I was feeling really small dancing next to her, but then she did something amazing. While we were dancing she stood behind the other guy and with one hand she grabbed his crotch, with the other the back of his neck and she lifted him high over her head. I was so amazed and shocked I went a couple of steps backwards, she walked to me, with that guy still over her head, smiling and full of excitement saying "Hey look how strong I am!!". She pressed him for two reps, she let him down and she hugged him laughing. We kept dancing and at some point the guy left us for a while. We were keep dancing and chatting and I told her that what she did to her friend lately, the overhead lift, it was impressive. She was in a very fun mood and she started flexing her muscles, she bend over a bit and flexed her bicep next to my thigh saying "look, my arms are bigger than your legs, you are so skinny". Her bicep was actually bigger than my thigh. She then hugged me and lifted me a bit off the ground in a front lift. She putted me down, put her hands around my waist and with one move she lifted me over her head, pressing me up and down like a trophy. I felt like I weight nothing in her arms. She let me down and I was feeling so embarrassing trying to hide my erection. I took her number and I left the club, hopefully I am going to meet her again when I am back in Sweden.
