A question about the amber alert system in California?

Question: I remember the case of Anthony Martinez. This was the 12 yr old boy abducted, and they later found his body and eventually caught the perpetrator. What struck me the kid was the same size as me, even though I am 3 times his age. Well since then, that case has inspired the amber alert system here in california, which alerts the public when a child is abducted by an adult. But shouldnt the amber alert system be extended to small weak men and women, elderly and handicapped?? A lot of adults are just as physically vulnerable as children

There is a case for it being extended to the elderly and handicapped but the other part of your question is just silly.

lol a 6ft 200 lb FBB abducts a 5`2 100 lb male. Hes a genetic defect. I think most people would say she outght to take him lol
