been to several parties where some guys have started to armwrestle, after a while the girls have started as well and once they have started they are the same as the boys really. Been to at least 20-30 parties where I have seen girls armwrestling. And my mother loves to armwrestle, she is strong and know how to wrestle, she easily beats my father and some other male relatives. She has taught me how to armwrestle, I am working out more and more and can beat more than 50% of my male friends. A lot of fun My wife cared less about armwrestling until she beat me, the she wanted to armwrestle quite often. At first it was just OK, yet as I opened to the competitive aspects I really began to enjoy the challenge. Then I relaized that as I became stronger, I would win more often. It wasn't that long that I ws more than competitive with my husband and I enjoyed beating him (also some of his male friends). I beleive that all women should be able to experience winning at arm wrestling - it is a rush. PattyAug 27 2010 1:52am I never liked losing to my husband at armwrestling. I started working out and that helped because by 6 months it became difficult for him to beat me. As I continued my workouts I found an exercise on the internet just for armwerstling. I use my husband's geat big sledge hammer in the garage every other day by holding the handle with one hand as far down as you can and roll the hammer head back and forth and up and down for sets 15! After two months of that my husband was afriad when I flexed and I beat his so easy that he seems weak! My muscles are larger than his now and seeing this he is mentally defeated just knowing that I'm stronger. Patty try the hammer workout, my wrists are stronger than his now and I control the match and can put his wrist in pain very easy but also push his arm down with my bigger triceps. Im's glad that you have experienced seeing your husband feeling and realizes that he is indeed weaker than you - I really beleive that we can be the stornger sex, especially when it comes to our partners. At times the physcologal thrill is the greatest and as Mike struggles to beat me - all to no evail - he realizes I am a strong wife capable of making him submit every time. PattyAug 28 2010 4:12pm My story is a bit different: I was married for over ten years, but divorced for the past four years.I have always considered myself to be in great shape, gyms and sports have been a large part of my life. After a couple of years of married life, we were joking around one day and found ourselves arm wrestling. As we struggled I noticed I could control the way our arms moved - I was stronger than my husband - yet as I looked up I saw that he was clearly showing the loss of the male ego, The losing to a woman was not in his life style, so I played along and finally he puled my arm down. He was a pain in the ass, but I felt I was supposed to let him win. Even during subsequent matches, he won (my way) and he never knew the true story. After sending him on his way, I can agree with he above women that I have learned to step forward and be counted as a strong woman who will pin her boy friend's arm time challenged. I am sure that someday I will find a man who is cool with himself and will accept the life style of a stronger woman. Muscles and feminity certainly go together well and men need to experience the strong arm of the female specie. DJAug 29 2010 1:58am My husband started to work out some years ago to get in shape. After working out, twice a week, for about a year he one evening came home and flexed a hard, but also rather small biceps for me to feel. The thing is that my hubby is smaller than me, he is 174 cm and after slimming down 65 kgs while I am 178 cm and 82 kgs. He wanted to armwrestle me to show me how strong he was. And he actually had gained strength. BUT I was stronger, I have been doing aerobics for ages, I do pushups 3x40 every morning and evening, I do pull ups etc so I am stronger. I think he was kind of cute trying to beat me and that he thought that his work outs had changed the fact that I am bigger and stronger. great to read the postings here, nothing wrong with being a strong and proud woman and men don't need to be ashamed of being weaker. DJ, you shouldn't let your husband win. GailAug 30 2010 11:05pm Gail - The more I looked at my recent post, the more upset I became with myself - why should I let him win ? Although the husband thing is long gone, my boy freinds are not, SO last night I let him know that it would be fun if we arm wrestled. He was surprised to say the least, yet willing to see how strong I was. We are acatually about the same size, maybe I am 20 lbs lighter, but I am in shape and was ready for the contest. My strategy was to keep his arm from pushing me down at all - just hold my ground - and as he weakened I would pull his arm down. I bet it wasn't thrity seconds before I realized that yes, I could hold him all night and yes I would win as he failed. I teased him that he was mine, he couldn't win and ashe sort of gasped I took over and muscled his arm to the table. Patty was right - what a thrill ran throiugh my body, I actually defeated a man at arm wrestling, I won and I was certain that I could win again, again, and again. We will see if he stays around as a boy friend or if I need to find another guy to experience a strong woman. It makes me feel great and certainly strong. DJAug 31 2010 11:44am Me and my husband has always been playing and fooling around. We have armwrestled ever since we met, 25 years ago. We were quite evenly matched when it came to upper body strength but I have always had a stronger lower body. The first years my husband won when we armwrestled, he had a small strength advantage that gave him the upper hand from the start. When I learned to match this advantage and wear him down he has been mine ever since. The first time I felt I could take him was great. He started as he always did and threw everything he had in terms of strength into one move. I had worked out and my job then as a waitress had made my arms strong with a lot of stamina. He was suprised when he could take me down as usual. I held him still for about 3-4 minutes before his arm started to shake, I could see that he was in pain and then I just took his arm down. He was first a typical male and came up with excuses but when I asked him if he wanted a rematch he said no. But he is OK and didn't care that much about it. Since that day, more than 20 years ago the strength gap between us has widended, and in my favour. My husband never won a wrestling match against me since my lower body is a lot stronger than his. About 10 years ago we had a kick off at work and one of the things we did was armwrestling. This female champ came with an arm wrestling table and taught us the proper technique. At the same time I started to work out to loose weight and soon also to gain strength. My husband's reaction when we armwrestled some time after the kick off was really funny. With my new technique and greater strenght I could slam his arms down when we armwrestled. He couldn't put up any resistance. I started to challenge our friends and family and won quite a few matches against men and women. I don't think less of men that loose to me since I am a strong woman. Many women have made bad comments about my interest in armwrestling. And when they have seen me defeating their men in this classical strength test some of them have been really upset with both me and their hubbies. Kind of strange. I am today 46 years old and in great shape. The men at my office know that I can take them in armwrestling since I have beaten them all except for one really big guy. great to hear from women here, it is great to be strong and winning against a man is still something special since they are supposed to be stronger. AvaSep 05 2010 11:53pm My husband one Friday evening came home and wanted to armwrestle me, this surprised me since we haven't done anything like that before and also because how we are built. I am 183 cm and about 90 kgs, not all muscle but some. He is 178 cm and below 70 kgs. He told me the reason for this match. At his office they had a few drinks before ending the week and one of the women had challenged the men to armwrestle her. She had beaten most of the men, my husband included. But the worst part was that he had lost armwrestling matches to 4 other women. He wanted to know if all women around him were stronger than him. I have an athletic back ground and still work out 2-3 times a week at the company gym. I believe I have always been stronger than my husband and never really have thought a lot about it. First I thought I would let him win to help his self esteem but why should I? He is rather weak for a man, I could pin his arms with perhaps 50% of my strength. I guess he is weaker than the average woman. I told him we could work out together and I could help him to get stronger. We bought a set of weights and started to work out. I really enjoyed doing this and helping him getting stronger but he soon got tired of the weights and started to play tennis instead. I now work out at home and at the gym and I am soon as strong as I was 20 years ago. My husband is slim but still very weak, he tells me that the women at his office teases him but he can take it. RuthSep 12 2010 11:31pm Ruth - From my recent experience never let your husband/boy friend win at arm wrestling just to please his ego! Aside from all else, it is great fun to watch them submit to your strength and to admit that indeed we are NOT the weaker sex. Only recently have I asserted myself more and will no longer give in to a man ... I will even go as far as to challenge him (my boy friend) at work and amongst our friends. It is great to flex a strong arm then watch as the guys struggle to keep their arms from going down. Hope fully your arm wrestling your husband went as well. MrJeanOct 28 2010 5:38am I beat my wife 5 X in a row armwrestling but I must admit by number 5 I was starting to tire. She then wanted to wrestle me which I thought was kind of silly but I agreed. We moved the furniture and laid out a sheet and she suggested we remove our clothes. I was great with that. I am 6'4" 220 lbs and she is 5'6" 140 lbs but runs 30 miles a week, lifts weights 3 X a week and can do 50 pullups. Needless to say she is a fairly strong muscular hard body. I won the first two falls but the second one I was getting tired. I asked her if she wanted to quit and she just giggled and said no. The third fall she tripped me. And got me in a rear head scissors. I tried to pry her legs apart but she poured it on and made me rap out. She eased up a bit on the hold and when I started to get out she sunk her calf in under my chin for figure four head scissors. I had to tap out again. She said it was 2 to 2 a d she would give me a tie. This infuriated me so we lined up for fall 5. I was gassed by this time and when I lunged at her she slipped aside and got my back rolled over and got me in a rear body scissors. She then pulled my head back under her arm a d cut off all air to my nose and mouth smothering me. When shw stretched me out in this position I had to tap again. She submitted me 3 more times and finally in a reverse bead scissors forced me to admit she was a better wrestler. That was 20 years ago and I have enjoyed losing to her ever since. it is now our regular foreplay. They had a conference that ended with a lot of funny games etc. An armwrestling instructor showed the staff how to armwrestle and then they had a tournament. My wife is quite strong and won against most, some men included. She came home full of enthusiasm and wanted to armwrestle me. To my surprise I didn't have a chance. I told her to show me what she had learnt that day and I started to realize how to armwrestle. And the following match got tighter but at the end my wife won, due to greater strength. She was about 6 years younger than me and in good shape but I agreed because I wasn't taking it too seriously. The other girl did, though, and she got a big kick out of pinning me. Afterward I could tell my husband was turned on by what he had seen and when we got home I asked him about it. He said that woman had flexed her muscle for him once around the office so he was curious to see how I stacked up against her. I think when a woman is watching their hormones kick in and the matches get more intense. I think it's sexy to egg the men on to see who is stronger. After a match I like to ooh and ahh over the winner, ask to feel him flex, and admire his muscle size. It gets a lot of attention and I have even done this with married guys when their wife was around! The wife can get pretty territorial about that, but I know that my attention has made an impression on the guy. Men love to be admired like that. One time I had a wife walk in while I had one hand on her husband's chest and another on his flexed bicep. He had just pinned another guy at arm wrestling. She was like what are you doing? I said I'm just admiring the winning arm. He said something like don't worry about it honey, and she said I should take my hands off him. I told her, why don't we have a contest ourselves to settle this? A little background: I am 44 years old, unmarried, 5-3 and 115 lbs, brown hair and eyes, 36C-24-34 very pretty face and very fit. The other woman in this case was in her 20s, about the same height, weight and figure but with smaller boobs (probably a B cup), blonde, and also pretty, though not as striking as me. She was clearly flustered by my suggestion and I used my fitness to my advantage and easily pinned her at arm wrestling. Afterward I flexed my arm as hard as I could so her handsome husband could admire MY bicep! You should have seen her blush when he reached over and squeezed my muscle. I had proven that I could overpower her and take her husband away whenever I pleased. When we were younger, late teens, me and this lady used to wrestle and armwrestle for fun, she was much stronger and more fit than me so she always won but we had good fun. At the party she asked me if I had gotten any stronger over the years and challenged me to armwrestle her. My wife looked at me in surprise, I had never told her about this lady before. I agreed to match strength and my wife sat down beside me to watch. Again I lost to this woman, my wife was really suprised to see my arm go down rather easily, the same with left arm. My wife was very silent when we went home and looked angry. She told me that seeing my loosing to this woman was like this woman took me away from her. I told her that I had always just been friends with this strong girl when we younger, we had never been a couple. And that I still loved my wife. After this evening my wife increased her visits to the gym and started to do pushups and pullups at home every day. I first didn't understand that she wanted to get stronger to be able to beat me in armwrestling but after perhaps a year she challenged me one evening to armwrestle her. I knew she had gained a lot of strength that year, I had felt her body become stronger. It has never been anything sexual with me and my old wrestling friend but I understood that my wife was serious when she had said that she thought she could loose me to a stronger woman. Luckily for me and my wife she was now quite a bit stronger than me and she loved that. She told me she had won me back even if I had never for one bit thought about being with my old friend. And she packed a wallop for *just* enough time to get, if you will, a rise out of me. I saw her a few times since we broke off ; social stuff, Christmas party dates, and maybe some light funning around (she was married, but not THAT married). And she put on some weight. But she always made this face when I'd ask her to armwrestle. Daisy was very feminine, even though she dressed a bit on the hard side. I'd really have to beg more to armwrestle than I had to sleep with her when we dated! Honest. She once told me she didn't like to armwrestle because it was "butch". I didn't know how to convince a girl who was as attractive as she was -- perfect hair, terrific clothing -- that I had no intention of compromising her femininity. But I did manage a few times to have her go at it, even when she got up to like 190 (with no cellulite, either ; she was solid). That was at a time when you'd figure she's be MORE concerned about any self-worrying "butch" image. One day, though, I talked her into it at her place. Late at night the women started to armwrestle and the strongest woman then challenged the men. My husband didn't want to arm wrestle her since he is a slim man and not very strong. But the crowd around us more or less forced him to accept the challenge. She looked like a lioness in front of her prey when she put her sturdy arm at the table. She also looked at me and gave me a look as to say, your boyfriend is mine in a minute. This lady had already beaten two men, both bigger than my bf so I knew he would loose. She played with him, made him use up all his power and then just put him down. When she had done that she again looked at me, this time to say he is mine whenever I like to take him. I was very upset and tried to hide it but I know she could see it. My bf took it rather well but he refused to armwrestle the second strongest woman, I guess he had enough embarrassement already. I knew that the strongest woman would be too much for me to take on that night, I had armwrestled and lost to a woman that after had lost to the champion, but I really wanted to show her that I was stronger, meaning stay away from my bf. When we came home that night I wanted to armwrestle my bf. He asked me why and I just say that I wanted to know how strong I was compared to the woman that was so much stronger than him. We had never armwrestled before but I have always known I am stronger than him, I am taller and heavier and work out and he doesn't (he is a skinny musician, good looking but skinny). So we armwrestled and I won comfortably with both arms. He said that I was not to far away from the woman that earlier had won over him. I started to work out more after that. I am surprised by my reaction that night. My boyfriend seems to think it is quite normal that a strong female is stronger than him, he says it has always been like that. Both the friend and her daughter are into gymnastics on a rather hight level, the mother is a trainer. They are rather short both of them but they have awesome physiques with wide shoulders and muscular arms and legs. My wife is into sports and work out a lot and challenged the 15 year old, they had armwrestled before but not for some time. The gymnast girl won at the end but it was tight. My wife then took on her friend and it was a long struggle but at the end my wife actually won. the 15 year old then challenged me to armwrestle her. I am not a fit man nor am I big and this could be really embarrassing. I didn't have a chance against any of thes females. The gymnast girl slammed my arm down, her mother almost as quickly. My wife could play with me before taking me down. A very embarrassing evening but my wife made it up to me wrestling me to bed after the mother and daughter had left. The teacher was late for class and the girls started to armwrestle each other. It was clear that one girl was a lot stronger (as well as bigger) than the others. The strongest boy in class was stupid enough to challenge the girl. She smiled at him and just took his arms down slowly but without any big problems. The boy was so embarrassed and actually left the class room. The teacher had arrived and tried to stop the boy from leaving but he couldn't. The class now wanted the teacher (male) to armwrestle the strong girl. He didn't like this at all, he was a skinny man and was actually smaller than the boy that just had left the classroom. Anyway, this teacher was a nice man and accepted the challenge. The girl once again proved herself stronger. The girls were wild, the boys more quite. The teacher was a good sport and admitted defeat and congratulated the girl for being very strong. This incident got me interested in strong girls and women. LarryDec 19 2012 2:24am I have always been strong and over the years beaten many boys and men at armwrestling. Their reaction is always good fun to watch. They often get very embarrassed, they come up with excuses and some of them are into strong women and almost faint of excitement. For me it has never been more than a funny game, not sexual at all. Until I met my husband. He had a body that I really liked, slim and wiry. He is a bit taller than me but I am quite a bit heavier. The second time we went out together we ended up in my apartment, he started to be physical and I resisted, just for fun. He had to use more and more of his power but I could easily match his arm strength. I told him that he was weak as a kitten and then surprised him and me draping him over one of my shoulders. I carried him around in the aparment he was hanging over one shoulder, I spanked him lightly and said that he had to prove himself stronger than me in an armwrestling match before going to bed with me. I sat him down in a chair in the kitchen and sat opposite him, putting my elbow on the kitchen table. I was quite excited by now, dominating this great looking man. I played with him and took him down with both arms. He smiled and told asked me what the prize was for the victor. I told him that he was my prize and once again took him over my shoulder and carried him to the bedroom. The sex was great and we became a couple. A few years back, I worked with 2 girls that were about the same height and weight, around 5'3 and 140lbs. They were both pretty fit. Ann was blonde and Melanie was brunette. One day, I was working with Ann and we came across the topic of arm strength. She flexed her arm and I was really shocked at how big her biceps were. Of course she wanted to armwrestle me. I beat her, but not without a struggle. A few days later, while working with Melanie, I mentioned to her that Ann was really strong for a girl. She immediately got a smirk on her face and confidently said "I bet she isn't as strong as me". So, of course we then armwrestled. It was exactly the same as the match with Ann. Afterward, when I finally beat her, Melanie flexed her arm for me. I was surprised. "Your arm is just like Ann's" I told Melanie. A couple days later, I mentioned to Ann about Melanie being as strong as her. I could tell she didn't like the thought of that. Over the next few days, I never seemed to work with both girls at the same time, but they each constantly asked me who I thought would be stronger. Finally, a day arrived where myself and both girls were working the same shift. Anytime they were in the same room, the unspoken tension was unbelievable. They were friends, but you could tell that each of them wanted to know who the stronger girl would be. After a couple hours, I decided to bring it up in a joking manner. This happened after Ann opened a jar of pickles. I jokingly said "that jar was no match for your biceps". Well, that's all it took. Melanie looked at Ann and said "Yeah, Ann, I've heard a lot about those biceps". It was summer time and both girls had on sleeveless tee shirts. Both girls laughed and Ann proudly held up her right arm and flexed, saying " I guess they get the job done". "Mine do a pretty good job too" Melanie said as she raised her right arm and matched the same flexed pose. The two girls stood there for what seemed an eternity, but was prob just a couple seconds, neither of them taking their eyes off the other's arm. I was so turned on at this point, I could hardly speak. Finally, I caught my breath and said "Is this gonna end up in a crazy armwrestling challenge?". Both girls laughed nervously, and Ann simply said "Do you want to use the kitchen table in the breakroom?". Melanie replied "Sure". As both girls walked into the breakroom, I couldn't believe they were actually going to armwrestle. You could feel the tension build as they sat across from eachother and each girl placed her right elbow on the table. As they gripped hands, they each had a smile on their face, but I could tell they were squeezing eachother's hands very tightly. "Okay, ill count for you guys.", I said. "On three....1...2....3!". Instantly, both girls arms seemed to explode with muscle. For several seconds, other than the swelling of their biceps, you almost couldn't tell that a struggle was even taking place. Both girls started laughing at the fact that their arms weren't moving. Then I made a comment that changed the match. "If you can bend the other person's wrist, you will be able to pin their arm". As soon as the sentence was finished, both girl's arms began to shake hard. I could see the muscles in each of their forearms flexing as they were each trying to gain wrist control. It was so intense, the nervous laughter had stopped and all that could be heard was the heavy breathing and slight grunting as the two tried to overpower one another. I reached out and put my hand on Ann's biceps, then with my other hand, reached over to touch Melanie's. "Wow, both of your arms are really hard". I said. As the two continued to struggle for control, the table shifted slightly. I looked down, and what I saw next blew my mind. Under the table, Ann's right calf was pressed up against Melanie's right calf. I couldn't believe it. As each girl was trying desperately to prove who had the stronger arm, they were also apparently engaged in an unspoken contest of leg strength. Though I've been very descriptive, this whole scenario only lasted a few minutes. Suddenly, Ann asked "Who's arm felt harder?". Without even a slight pause Melanie said "Mine of course.". The two laughed slightly but it was evident that they were locked in a competitve struggle. "Is anyone ever gonna win?", I asked laughing. Then, much to my dismay, Ann said "You wanna call it a tie?". "Okay" Melanie answered. Then, both girls stopped the match. That was it. I was so disappointed. I never got them to armwrestle again, but I think they lost interest because maybe they felt even in strength. Maybe neither girl felt there was anything to prove. Mike Jan 26 2013 12:24pm My friend Sarah knew that my wife and I arm wrestle and that my wife always beats me, both righty and lefty. Somehow that led to a match between Sarah and myself at a McDonald's restaurant. I had no idea how strong she was but I quickly found it. She beat me rather handily. I was surprised so I asked for a rematch. Same result. She beat me a 2nd time. I knew that this female friend was strong. A few weeks later we were at a bar so I stubbornly decided that maybe the first arm wrestling match was a fluke. Was I wrong. By thye end of the night she beat me three more times running her record righty vs righty to 5-0. My wife thought it was hysterically funny that Sarah dominated this contest of strength. Now it looks like Sarah wants to arm wrestle lefty to prove she can win that way too. No way to avoid this so it looks like we will soon find out if she is the righty and lefty AW champ. May the best biceps win! My wife is totally convinced that Sarah will win this next battle of the sexes. Candidly, I think I am likely to lose. The match was pretty even to start with, with a slight advantage to Shala (who I learned afterwards had already armwrestled other girls with some success). Silvia was a rower (might still be!) and had strong arms too. She did more than resist, she started moving Shala's arm back and a few seconds later had pinned her to the table. In an instant Shala's left arm was up. Again, they locked and Silvia went down in a matter of second. "Bugger" she said, too strong! They locked up a final time with their right hand. Needless to say they were both wearing short sleeves top. Shala had bigger biceps but Silvia's forearms looked stronger. I took her biceps measure later on and it read 30cm. Shala counted in, 1,2,3, go and both were looking at each other in the eyes. They stayed in an upright position for about 15, 20 seconds, then suddenly Shala gave up, Silvia slamming her arm down. She then flexed too and Shala felt her biceps saying she had never lost to a girl before. Silvia was quite proud to have won her first armwrestling contest. My boyfriend then (now husband) Always wanted to play wrestle and he always ended up on top. At that time we were of similar size, he a bit taller and I a bit heavier. The thing was that I didn't do my best and I thought that the same was for him. He won rather tightly when we armwrestled and when we rolled around on the bed wrestling he could pin me. I didn't thnk much about it, it was kind of funny to have the physical Contact. I remember one time when we wrestled and he had angered me. I was so angry that I didn't hold back and I soon had him scissored between my thighs and I squeezed him so he begged me to stop. I held him there for a while Before I let him looses. We never talked about that, until just recently. I have given birth to Three big Children, I have gained a lot of weight, not only fat. My muscles seemed to grow with each Child and after the third I was a lot bigger than my husband. After the second Child I had started to work out and my body responded very well from the gym visits. And I could beat him easily, three times with each arm. He was embarrassed but I reminded him that we had a wrestling match to go through. I am today 42 years old and I am in very good shape after years of work outs of different kinds as well as lifting weights to build strength. I considered myself strong for a woman. I am 178 cm and about 84-85 kgs, that should be the average size for a man in the country where I live so I am pretty big. My husband is a bit taller at 183 cm but he is 10 kgs lighter than me. When we were younger he tried to get me into arm wrestling and wresting matches but I wasn't interested, thought it was a waste of time since he, the man, should win anyway. So last year at a party one of the women told us she won an arm wrestling title in the town she lived in. She as about my size so most women her class were smaller than her. Some men challenged her later that evening and she said that she won against 5 out of 5 men and that she loved that, beating men at something classical like arm wrestling. So the men around us at the party wanted to test their strength against Mary (not her real name). 4 men including my husband had to face defeat. I then wanted to have a go with Mary to see how strong she really was. And to everybody's surprise I won after a long match with right arms. Of course she was more tired than me after winning over the men but she said that I was stronger then the men for sure. So now none of the men wanted to challenge me. I flexed my arm (I was a bit drunk) and they were all impressed around the table when they saw my rather big muscles. I said that I had to try my husband at least and the poor thing had to put up his arm or chicken out. Even if I had just beaten the woman that could beat the men around the table I was surprised how easy for me it was to win over my husband. He has never lifted a weight and his body type is slim while mine is sturdy. I guess the men this evening were unlucky to meet two strong women. Mary asked me if I could consider arm wrestle for her club and I said that I would think about it. I had really enjoyed beating the strong Mary and my husband, all my work outs had paid off for sure. Some days later I told my colleagues at work about this and of course some of he men wanted to test their strength against me. I arm wrestled three men and won against two. Against the biggest men it was a close match and he said that I put up more fight than any of his male friends. Now that I have learned how to arm wrestle I can take all our male and female friends and relatives and I work out hard to get stronger. Arm wrestling is a lot of fun. My opponent was 175 cm and about 15 kgs heavier than me. She took off her shirt and was sitting in her top. My god, her arms were huge and the difference between us made us all laugh. It was no match. My wife looked at me to see if I was embarrassed and I just said that she had to save the honor of the family. So she had a go with the bigger woman. It was a very even match that went on for several minutes. At the end my wife lost. The the third woman wanted to arm wrestle me. She was the smallest but still bigger than me. Her arms were sinewy and looked really hard. It took her about 10 seconds to pin my right arm. The I had to meet my wife. I said my right arm was tired so she said lets do it left arms. Again I was outclassed. I was embarrassed but not too much, these ladies had been gym rats for a long time and were all bigger than me. When the two friends hade left my wife surprised me throwing me over one of her strong shoulders and carried me to our bedroom where she threw me to bed. She undressed us and then pinned me. She told me that seeing my helpless against three women had med her hot and she wanted to wrestle me and then make love to me. She was flexing her forearms at that point and I was hard as a rock. Jamie held her arm up, flexing her forearms and said "well, that's debatable." Both girls started laughing and Jamie's boyfriend said "I want to feel your forearms Rachel. I already know how solid Jamie's are." At that point both me and Jamie's boyfriend walked over to the girls and felt each of their flexed forearms. By now, I thought I was going to explode. "Wow", I said. " I'm pretty sure you both have the hardest forearms I've ever felt on a girl." Jamie's boyfriend then said " yeah, I'm not sure a game of mercy would end well". We laughed and Rachel said "I'm up for a challenge, how about you Jamie?" Jamie smiled and said "absolutely. I never back down from a challenge." Both girls started laughing again. Jamie's boyfriend said "now, don't kill eachother". We all laughed. Once their fingers were interlocked, Rachel said "on 3?" Jamie said "ok". Then the two girls counted "one, two, three". Immediately, you could see the muscles of their arms tense. Both of them were smiling but about 3 seconds in, their smiles were gone. I couldn't believe it. Their arms were going crazy as they were each trying to gain control. Then all of a sudden, their arms ended up above their heads and slowly came down until they were out to their sides. The girls were almost chest to chest and their hands were shaking with effort. I saw sweat on both their faces. My wife said to Jamie "I'm not giving up so you you're going to have to". Jamie said "I don't give up". Both of them had expressions of determination on their faces and they were staring eachother in the eyes. I saw Jamie look down at her right arm as if she was checking it out, my wife immediately looked over at her arm as well. They stayed in the same position for the longest time. Somehow, they had managed to get near a tree. I could tell that Jamie was trying to force one of my wife's arms against the tree. For a few minutes, this almost became a new contest of strength. Both girls were trying as hard as they could. Rachel to keep her arm from touching the tree and Jamie to force Rachel's arm against it. Both girls were lookin at their arms, as if waiting to see who was going to prevail in the test. Jamie's boyfriend said "wow, I think they are evenly matched!" I said "looks that way". Jamie's right leg was hooked around Rachel's left leg and both of them had their hands locked in a mercy type grip. If you weren't looking close, you would have almost thought they were just standing there. A closer look though and you could see how intense each of them was trying to gain control. At one point, Jamie was slowly pulling one of Rachel's arms away from her body. The two looked at each other and then both watched as Jamie was pulling Rachel's arm. Then, I watched in amazement as Rachel began to slowly pull her arm back in toward her body. This prob didn't take as long as I think it did but time almost seemed to stop. The closer Rachel's arm got to her body, the slower the progress. Eventually, their arms came to a halt and the two stumbled forward and fell to the floor. I'll let you chew on that awhile.
