Actually, I was referring here (in the poll) specifically to one man and one woman and not to the entire population where statistical facts are everchanging (e.g. skyrocketing heart disease and lung cancer cases among U.S. women which is undeniable). There are always exceptions, this is a general statement of truth. Remember too, women have been held down or back for many years (centuries) so it will take more time for their natural superiority to be obvious to everyone. But in general women do live longer as they have many strengths man do not possess. The reverse is true at birth, its usually the weaker male that won't survive in a multiple birth situation. This is more obvious when the mother has quadrulets or more. Just a fact of life, just as it's a fact to say most men are physically stronger than most women. STTGJul 22 2010 3:01pm Yes it is true (what STTG states) that most men are physically more powerful than most women. However, I am a definite exception to that rule. I am a small, weak (skinny) man (albeit a tall man) whose physical strength (actually, THE LACK THEREOF!!!) is inferior to that of most women, especially fat women. Contrary to what many people falsely believe, the fact is (as a rule), FAT WOMEN ARE BIG AND STRONG!!! My overall experience with the opposite sex has shown me that fat women are stronger than I am. In fact, I am neither ashamed nor embarrassed about admitting that short fat women are bigger and stronger than I am. So far, the shortest fat woman who demonstrated her superior physical power over me (by outlifting me) is 14 inches shorter than I am but that is understandable because she outweighs me by more than 50 pounds!!! While it may be true that I am stronger than skinny women who are as short as she is, it is definitely true that I am NOT as strong as fat women who are as short as she is. I believe it is true that a woman demonstrates her superiority over a man whenever she proves her superior physical power over him, especially when it comes to a short fat woman like her demonstrating her superior physical power over a tall skinny man like me!!!
