I knew a guy who went into the emrgency for an accident on the lake. He had no insurance, was between jobs. Never paid the cent. I think the bill was $30.000 for one night. If your income is so low you are on medicaid. But if its beyond that scope and you get in a mishap that you cant afford. DONT PAY IT! Also family homes are exempt. In other words, they cant seize the roof over your head! The only changes I would make that a family home is always exempt. Since society thinks males are more expendable and are willing to let males die earlier, it also shows that most know that women are the superior gender. One prove of this is that any disease that kills more women will get many times the money for reearch as the diseases that kill males.
