Great question. It is really hard to figure out, but it certainly does fascinate many people. I think for a guy, its a subliminal desire to be powerless and to give vent to all his feelings of inferiority he ever had by being rendered helpless by another person. Yet he understandably doesn't want to deal with another guy in that way (assuming he is straight) so he desires a woman to be the one to render him helpless and be superrior to him because that way he can enjoy the sexual contact (both physical and mental) while undergoing the humiliation of being powerless and inferior as well as any physical pain he must endure.Does that make any sense? I think men yearn to be nurtured and mothered. We all remember those tender moments when were helpless in our mothers arms.
