Im buying a nice home in southern california for $49,900
Question: Its a 15 day escrow because it is cash deal. I`ll be buying a home in cash for $49.900. It is only 10 yrs old, two bed, and 1 bath. Freshly painted;tile counter top; nice carpet; each room has a ceiling fan; ac/heating. Its on a half of acre of land which is fenced. I had a home inspector come out. He thought I really scored. He couldnt find more than 50 dollars in repairs. This house sold in 2005 for $260.000 and its in a good neighborhood. Im still wondering why $49.900? I keep trying to find a catch, but cant find any. This deal is just perfect. I guess it goes to show you that banks are giving away these homes. anyhow the transaction is tomorrow, any thoughts?

You better have some real experts do some serious property inspections!!!

You better have several opinions, make sure you hire him and not the agent. If it all checks good, you own the property outright. you got two choices, rent it out or live in it and semi retire.Dont know your financial sitation, but if you own your car and home outright, you can make a decent living working at walmart.
