You can reckon extremely strong woman by simple look first at her lower body shape,very wide hips,big roundy thighs and diamond shaped massive bulging calves all together means this woman will be definitely very very strong.if she have lower body like this,her breasts will be than most likely small,or max.midlle size,but arms would vary from wimpy to tuff very sturdy natural biceps muscles.this kind of woman would be most likely good way stronger all together than average man.you can find a lot of woman all around with body propositions like this,mostly they have big massive roundy bums.in oposite there are big breasted woman who most likely will walk on wimpy tiny models look like legs,and wimpy arms too.just see huge breasts on woman,and you can count on that she will have weak lower body and arms-so parts where most strenght of body comes from.only few woman are something between those two major kinds of woman.the second kind with huge breasts will obviously be weaker,or at most the same strong as average man.naturaly strong or muscular woman have almost always small breasts.this is what i assume about woman strenght diferences.
