I’ve known a few red heads, and I’d say they were of various body types. My favorite had an athletic body type and was named Jill. She was awesome, we knew each other throughout college and high school, and she was always into fitness. She worked out an hour a day five days a week. She also played soccer and swam. My girlfriend is working out 5 up to 6 times a week. She’s no red hat but i think she’s similar to your Jill regarding the body type. She’s buff. Is Jill also buff? I think buff women are so sexy.
