We compared our physical strength and the outcome was i had only 66% of her power or she had 150% of mine. At this time she was still a little smaller but more muscular than me. After around one year she was bigger as well and she was at least twice as strong as me. I think it was the optimal time for her to bulk because it works pretty fast for her. One year later i was already clear smaller and her muscles looked huge next to mine male mini muscles. I think most men are around 180cm. It seems more and more women become taller. I’m 182cm, our girlfriend is 180cm. Often she wears heels at least 15cm high sometimes event higher. Yes, she like that men around her are shorter. Always she says, she’s stronger than most men so she should be taller as well. When you do 20-25 curls for reps with such huge weights it’s added up around 400kg. When I add up my 10x 10kg curls it’s only 100kg. With 12kg i can even do only 7 reps because it’s already so heavy for me. Added up it is only 84kg. I think my stats are for a man not bad because i assume a untrained man is even weaker. You are at least 4 times stronger than me, Ma’am! I’m sure you would have no problem to hold down 4 of me. So not only to me but to the most men you are far superior.
