Let one person die to end spamming?

Question: If you were told you could guarantee you would never get e-mail spam again, would you agree to let one random person you've never met in a part of the world you've never been be executed?

This sounds like a Twlight Zone episode I saw. People were guaranteed money under the same condition. Then the guy took hte offer to someone else. I wouldn't do this, because what goes around comes around.
